POST Document Updates 2026

New! POST Forms Updated – July 2026

While POST form updates are typically released at the beginning of each year, we are publishing these revisions now so users can benefit from several important improvements without waiting until the next annual release.

Most of the changes are minor and focus on improving consistency across POST documents, simplifying documentation requirements, and enhancing usability in the field. The exception is the Equipment Lifting Checklist, which has undergone more significant revisions to improve clarity, workflow, and guidance for standard and critical lifts.

Updated versions of the following forms are now available:

Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Daily Safe Work Permit (DSWP)
Maintenance Safe Work Permit (MSWP)
Equipment Lifting Checklist

A summary of the revisions is available in the Numbering System Master (link below under Guidelines). We encourage all users to download the latest versions and replace any outdated forms currently in use.
